Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Overall rating of resort is 5+ stars. Room itself is a 4.- Beds were comfortable. Quilts on bed quite thin. Would have loved a soft blanket.- Bathrooms are plentiful and lovely. Except the shower heads. They need replaced. Spray was erratic and water pressure very poor.- A broom is in the unit which is nice for small cleanups. But a vacuum would be very helpful to get up the sand that inevitably gets everywhere.- Kitchen has NO cooking spices of any kind. If you plan to cook, you will need to buy/bring everything you need. Coffee cups are tiny. Bring your favorite mug. The keurig was a huge plus, but it does sound like it's on its last leg.-Dryer does not work properly. Had to run loads through a dryer cycle 2-3 times to get dry. (Maintenance was notified.)- The view is unmatched. Absolutely stunning. Plenty of balcony seating although not the most comfortable. The addition of some cushions or throw pillows would be an easy fix.- Unit was very clean. Decorated simply but beautifully. Some pieces of furniture need updated. (i.e. Side tables in master bedroom scratched, gouged.) An entry table (with a guest book to sign!) would be a lovely addition to the entryway.We will be back at the resort next year. May try another unit. But if you choose this unit for your stay, I'm sure you will be pleased. We were.p.s. Do yourself a favor and purchase the extreme adventure package. It is worth EVERY penny!

"We were a group of four celebrating our milestone birthday year, and we enjoyed every aspect of this apartment and of the Portofino resort. From the minute we walked in we were struck by the floor to ceiling windows showcasing the large expanse of beach which we thoroughly enjoyed each day. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were enough bathroom and kitchen cleaning products to start us out until we picked up additional supplies at the grocery. The Portofino facility itself was lovely, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and besides the Alfresco dining and bar area, we enjoyed a spa treatment as well as a late afternoon dolphin boat tour. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation. We did not want to leave!"

"The view was truly beautiful and the balcony was big and spacious. It was very to get to the beach (and we have 4 young kids). We appreciated that there was wash-off area at each tower. We loved having a pool at our tower and also loved using the larger resort pool. We would call for a ride around the resort when needed and the golf cart drivers were very timely and kind. The elevators were very fast and never crowded. The condo was clean and spacious. It had many huge closets which made storing things very easy. The sunrise view is slightly obscured by the other towers but still lovely. The sunset view is easy to see and beautiful. There was a constant small breeze on the balcony which was incredibly pleasant. We used instacart for grocery delivery and they were able to drop off at the door. I’d tell future guests to bring: Kitchen staples (everything. including salt and pepper), soft throw blankets, your fav pan to cook with (there are some but you’d prob prefer something you’d bring), cleaning supplies, soft toilet paper, beach towels and a beach cart to bring things to the beach. I think the gulf views from tower 5 are prob the best views in all of Pensacola. Carrie was responsive and helpful as a host. We will visit again."
