This professionally decorated residence has over 1300 square feet of an open floor plan, 40 feet of unobstructed views from the balcony, 2 large ensuite bedrooms and a powder room. It will comfortably sleep 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the guest bedrom, and a queen sofa sleeper. SWEPT AWAY features floor to ceiling windows in the living area and both gulf front bedrooms. Beautiful double door and domed entryway, 9 ft ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops and the elegant Tuscany columns only begin to describe this amazing and relaxing retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a bar that overlooks the dining room into the living area. Relax in the living room on the new sofa and oh so comfy glider/rocker chairs while watching a 55” flat screen HDTV with BluRay DVD.
The master has a king bed, flat screen HDTV, plenty of storage, tile floors, ceiling fan and a picture perfect “pillow view” of the sugar sand and the gulf. The Master bath has dual vanities, whirlpool tub and separate walk in shower. Second bedroom has king bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, flat screen HDTV BluRay DVD, tile floors and glass door with access to the balcony.

Your Portofino Resort view from the balcony faces Southeast and has morning to night incredible views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. Balcony has seating for 6 along with an electric BBQ Grill.

"Beautiful condo!!! Very clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and nicely decorated with amazing views. This was our third time at Portofino and this was our favorite condo so far. We will definitely be coming back!! We always have a wonderful time."
