Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner paired with wines from the region of Beaujolais and the nearby southern region of Burgundy. All served around our beautiful indoor pool, illuminated with floating candles, while silent French films played in the background. Our Executive Chef, Rob Theriot, recently traveled to Beaujeu, France and attended the Festival Sarmentelles. He had the opportunity to speak with the passionate winemakers about their craft and inspirations, bringing back with him new-found knowledge and inspiration to share at his twelfth wine dinner here at Portofino Island.
This was truly a beautiful wine dinner, and a great idea for those of you looking to book a special venue with unique ambiance which your guests will remember and talk about for a lifetime.
