Beach boot camp is a great workout for almost anyone.
Boot camp will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursday starting May 10th and begins at 5:30.
We work out using body weight exercises, plyometrics in the sand, interval training, body bar exercises, as well as incorporating some yoga and pilates exercises-
It is a great total body workout!
